N26 'Women on a Mission'
BRIEF
For International Women’s Day, we wanted to celebrate women in an authentic way, as it’s truly something we are grateful for, so decided to celebrate the women of N26 by talking about the mission they are individually on.
It’s a great way for us to focus on the women who have helped create the product and their lives outside of N26.
The numbers for women in tech are very damning, so the goal was to show that N26 truly cares about the women who work there.

Employer branding piece showing the human side of a digital bank. We created a campaign that was displayed on the two prominent digital billboards outside of the two N26 offices in Berlin.

Within 3 months of the campaign, N26 had increased their female developers by 8%, which is very rare in the Berlin tech scene.
